The cozy apartment in the basement has a kitchen, a bedroom, bathroom, hallway with wardrobe and a living-dining area with sofa bed. A private entrance is available. The garden can be shared. Parking spaces are available in front of the house.  Kitchen: fully equipped with sink, dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, stove with ceramic hob and oven, coffee machine and necessary crockery and cutlery.  Bedroom: The bedroom has a box-spring bed.
